Fulll Wool: Born on a Tuesday of today’s date in 1918 in Nokomis, Saskatchewan, Elmer Lach centred Montreal’s famous Punch Line, when he was healthy, skating between Toe Blake and Maurice Richard.   1. Great playmaker and Canadian citizen. Rocket admired him greatly. Elmer was one of Rockets pall bearers. Both in heaven now.
