
Game Time: As the current-day Toronto Maple Leafs look to, um, play the right cards tonight against the Tampa Bay Lightning, here’s a posse of 1935 Leafs at their leisure in January of that year. From left, they are: King Clancy, Andy Blair, Charlie Conacher, captain Hap Day, and Red Horner. For the record, these Leafs went all the way to the Stanley Cup final in ’35, where they lost in a three-game sweep to Charlie’s brother Lionel and his Montreal Maroons.
